How does Serviceo work for Business?

Serviceo is an online marketplace where you meet with potential customers. The customers can view your business profile, contact you directly on phone, WhatsApp, email or via our inbuilt messaging system, and make bookings or reservation for your services or products.

How do i open Serviceo Business Account?

You need to sign in and register as ‘Business Owner’. After this, you need to list the services or products you want to sell.

Do i need a paid package to list my services or products?

Yes! You need to select a package that fits into your plan before you can have access to the robust features of Serviceo.

How do i add more listings?

After your first Active listing, you can add more listings or services you offer. Click on the ‘Add Listing’ then the ‘Submit Listing’ button to continue with your listing.

How do i add my bank details to receive payments?

Go to the ‘Wallet’ on your dashboard after logging in and click on ‘set payout method’ to add either your PayPal email or bank account details. This is the account your withdrawable balance will be remitted to.

How do i confirm my total earnings?

Total earning is the sum of all booking transactions at a time. To check this, go to the ‘wallet’ on your dashboard.

Serviceo is an online marketplace where you meet with potential service or product providers. You can view the providers’ profile, make direct contact on phone, WhatsApp, email or via our inbuilt messaging system, and make bookings or purchase for services..

How do i open a Serviceo account as Customer?

You need to sign in and register as ‘Customer’. You need to create a username or email and password to do this.

How do i contact or message Service Providers before making purchase or bookings?

After signing in, the next step is to search for service providers offering the services or products you want. You can do this on our website homepage. Select to view the providers’ profile and there you will see the various ways you can contact and message the service providers.

How do i make bookings or make purchases on Serviceo?

After identifying and probably contacted your potential Service Providers, you may make booking reservations on the Providers’ listing page. You may pick your service date and time and proceed to the payment page.

Do I make payments directly to the Service Providers outside Serviceo?

You may do that but we recommend all booking payments be made through our Serviceo website. We do this to protect you.

Can I make payments on Serviceo with my Paypal account or bank cards?

Yes! Payment can be made with your Paypal account or your bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express both debit and credit) on Serviceo. Alternatively, you can make direct transfer into our bank account.

How can i submit reviews and ratings on Service Providers?

You can add review by signing in and drop the review on the Providers’ listing page. You can also manage review in your dashboard.

What is withdrawable balance?

Withdrawable balance is the total earning available to you to cash. For example, your withdrawable balance is the same as your total earnings less the commission fee.

How and when my withdrawable balance be transferred to my bank account?

It will be paid into your payout account (Bank account or PayPal account) within 72 hours from the time of booking confirmation.

Is there any commission charge on paid booking via Serviceo?

Yes! We charge 3.85% on all paid bookings via Serviceo as bank charges.

How do i manage messages from my customers?

Go to ‘Messages’ on your dashboard. You will see and respond to mails and messages from customers. That is the chat message system with your customers.

How do i manage bookings from my customers?

Go to ‘Bookings’ on your dashboard. You will see and respond to bookings from customers. You can see all your pending, approved and cancelled customers’ bookings.

Can i reply Customers review on my listing page?

Yes! You can reply to reviews from external users. Go to the ‘Reviews’ on your dashboard.
